Comparing PC’s M.Ed. in Literacy and M.Ed. in Reading Graduate Programs
At Providence College, we know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to education—especially when it comes to preparing the next generation of reading teachers and literacy leaders. That’s why we’re excited to offer not just one, but two distinct graduate programs that support educators at different stages of their careers: the Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Literacy and the new Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Reading.
While both programs focus on developing deep, evidence-based knowledge of how students learn to read, they serve very different goals. Whether you’re looking to enhance your classroom practice or step into a leadership role, Providence College has a program designed to meet your needs.
