Graduate Assistant Holiday Calendar for 2026-27′ Academic Year

As both students and workers, Graduate Assistants follow two calendars. For work, students follow the staff calendar while for classes students follow the academic calendar, which can be found here.
Graduate Assistants (GAs) are expected to coordinate a 20-hour weekly work schedule in consultation with supervisors. GAs will follow staff holiday schedule, with additional extended breaks during Christmas and Easter periods.

Important Notes:
- GAs are not required to make up hours missed due to officially scheduled holidays or breaks.
- Additional time off may be arranged with supervisor approval.
- Any non-holiday absences must be made up in coordination with the supervisor.
